Pay Now runs poorly but got no help from J. Campbell. Broke a step slow, rushed 3 wide through an opening 1/4 of 21.3, three wide every step of the turn, done at top of stretch. Well done.

Race 7 –

Trisha’s Silver runs a strong 2nd but the winner was ultra impressive making up a huge amount of ground through the stretch.

Race 7 – El Gato Malo ran 2nd, beaten by Colonel John and really Flores was outridden by Gomez.

Race 8 –

Neither Storm Military nor War Monger really threatened when it counted here. War Monger was grossly overbet at 1-1. How about Ever A Freind. Ultra impressive through the stretch, another Mike Mitchell claimer to graded stakes winner resurrection project. I’m kicking myself for not being on board.

Race 9 -

Heatseeker won The Big Cap at a very generous mutual after another perfect Bejarano ride. Big Booster was nowhere at 33-1 but he was stab.
