 Back to Laurel …

We’ll play the 6th on the card at Laurel today. A non-winners of two allowance with an optional claiming tag of 25k for older fillies and mares.

Looks like #1 All Bets Down, #2 Queen Hypolita, and #3 Big Patti should have the pace stoked up pretty good in the 5.5F event.

#4 Come Fly Away was full of run last time from off the pace when defeating N1x foes. I suspect that she had more in the tank and should get the best setup today. Little light on Beyers figs, which should only keep the price fair.

 Play of the day …

$50 to win #4 Come Fly Away in Laurel’s 6th.

Hopefully she performs better than yesterdays pair of duds.

Another horse grossly overbet and another dud for us. Believe Come Fly Away left the gate at 7-5 and never really threatened.

She did break through the gate prior to the start. 95% of the time horses don’t run a good one after such a problem.

Hard to believe 6 days have past since I smoked out this underlayed dud. She was the 2nd selection of mine to be overbet, break through the gate, and not win.
